The following Olsson Associates employees have recently passed professional exams. Three employees passed the professional engineering (PE) exam and have been promoted to associate engineer. A fourth employee passed the registered landscape architect (RLA) exam. The requirements to become a PE include completing four years of professional experience under a licensed professional engineer and passing the exam. An RLA must complete three years under a licensed professional and pass four exams.
Nathan Mohling, a member of the Kansas City Mechanical/Electrical Plumbing team, joined the firm in 2015. He has a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Nathan’s experience includes data center design and designing cooling and power systems for data centers.
Daniel Bellizzi is part of the Nebraska Traffic/Technology team in Omaha. He has a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He started his career at Olsson in 2012. Daniel is a transportation engineer with an emphasis in traffic engineering.
Daniel Ferrufino is a member of the Oklahoma/Springfield Field Operations team. He has a master of business administration in finance and energy and a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He is a geotechnical engineer with experience in project management.
Stephanie Gillard, a member of the Kansas City General Civil team, began her career at Olsson in 2015. She has a master of landscape architecture degree from Kansas State University. Her experience includes planting design.
